As can be seen in the table of contents, each chapter answers the most pressing questions in an overarching manner. These questions have largely only been answered in the last 20 years, but the answers have snowballed and lead to a revolution in the knowledge of immunology that has been paralleled by advances in recombinant molecule (biologics) manufacture as used to modulate wayward immune responses including in cancer, infection and autoimmunity.
