powerful little book
I actually had a fourth edition, but wanted to see the original when I learned that an entire chapter had been switched out from the original book.

in: new lesson nine, global coherence
Both editions are excellent, and provide more information than many much longer books. It's a book to read and keep around to reread.
Having overcome hoarding books, I'm now very much a read-and-pass-it-on person, but not with this little gem.
