I had given up on losing weight due to being a post menopausal woman. Even Atkins had quit working. This book offers an amazing diet that is not for the faint hearted!! The author was a weight loss physican who was discouraged over the lack of progress by his patients. He did a lot of research and came up with the perfect weight loss formula. He also addresses six other serious medical conditions that can be improved or cured by the same method. It is very simple but still hard to adhere to unless you are so impressed with the results as I have been. ln addition to the weight loss, I have no arthritis pain as it seriously reduces inflamation. The maintence plan is a no brainer so I recommend this book most heartily.
