In the fifth edition, randomization tests have been moved to the fore to motivate the inference procedures introduced in the text. There are no prerequisites for the text except elementary algebra.

I would certainly suggest this book to everyone. It is really helpful. I used it in my Applied Mathematics and Statistics class and the problems are fairly easy yet challenging at the same time. The textbook is a little overpriced (so are most textbooks out there in the market). I would love to recomment this book to all professors and students.
