This is a very good introductory statistics book that I keep as a reference book. It explains many tests that other introductory books do not include, it has good references, it explains statistical assumptions, and lists pitfalls to avoid. I bought a copy of this even though I had a new copy of a different introductory book that did not cover the information that I needed.
