The front cover is flat with no creases. There is light wear along the front cover edges. The previous owner has place transparent tape at each corner of the front cover (at the top and bottom fore edge) extending an inch to an inch and a half forming corner protection. The back cover is flat with minimal wear. The spine is uncreased. Light corner bumps. The pages are free of writing and marks. There is no underlining and no highlighting. There is a small stain on the front end paper 1 1/4" from the top edge. There are also a small stain along the top edge of pages 75 through 79. The top edge has three small stains on the page edges which don't extend onto the faces of the pages.
