Fine in Fine jacket. First edition. A fine copy in fine dust jacket. From the library of poet David Ignatow (who contributes a seven-line blurb to the rear panel of the dust jacket) with his label affixed to the front pastedown. Inscribed, and signed, by Norbert Krapf, in year of publication, to David Ignatow, with an eleven-line poem: "For to live/ in the present/ without remembering...For Dave, with thanks-Norbert 5/14/93" (on the front fly leaf). Additionally Inscribed by Norbert Krapf: "For David, with deepest thanks, for the generous words you wrote on behalf of this book that means so much to me-Norbert Krapf TBB [word] St. Louis 5/14/93" (on the title page).
