Very Good. Book. 4to-over 9¾-12" tall. Original brown cloth hard covers, with gilt titling to front and spine. Moderate handling and shelf-wear to covers, with some staining/soiling and a couple small nicks to cloth; edges and endpapers toned. Inner front hinges cracked through endpaper, but holding firmly; rear starting but much firmer. Otherwise clean tight and unmarked. Very neat--still a sound and handsome copy. 337pp.
