Brilliant, authentic, contemporary stories to love
Just got this beautifully-created book today and already read the entire thing cover-to-cover in one sitting. It's brilliant, authentic, and contemporary (Summer 2023), aimed at the young, in particular. Takes us through many different real-life experiences of various autistic people, in their own words and illustrations in comic book form. Easy to read and appreciate their talent and artistry, combined to give us glimpses into some of the multi-dimensional facets of living life as neurodivergent people in a world of, by and for neurotypical people. Good info and guidance on recognizing traits, challenges, and finding support. Should be on everyone's bookshelf. Love it!
