The job of Senegalese economic diplomacy is to sell Senegal as a destination in all the countries where it is present, with a view to attracting more foreign direct investment and boosting the country's foreign trade with its various foreign partners. Economic diplomacy must also encourage Senegalese citizens living abroad to invest more in the country.
