Context includes private practice in medicine, working at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Hazard Kentucky, Riverside Psychiatric Hospital in Ionia, Michigan, in I-Max, in Ionia Michigan, Muskegon and Brooks Prisons in Muskegon, Michigan, Pelican Bay, CSP-Sac, and San Quenton Prisons in California, Atascadero and Paton State Hospitals in California. I have had 21 assignments as a Contract Psychiatrist since 2008 that include working with active duty army personel at Fort Hood Texas. I am here to do no harm, and to help if I can.
