There are many ways to approach self-hypnosis and this book gives a very thorough overview which is intended to be modified for personal preference. I know of the author through other's writings and was interested in reading Bolduc's own words. I loved all of his references to Cayce's teachings and insights. I can sense why he is considered to be such an inspiration to professional hypnotists. I will certainly incorporated his teaching into my work, both on myself and with my clients. - Very worthwhile book. Highly recommended, for new-comers and experts alike.
