National Science Council Special Publication no 4. There are abundant sea-snakes in the ocean surrounding Taiwan; most of these are venomous sea-snakes. This volume documents all species. The work is divided into two parts. The first part provides a general account of sea snakes while the second part provides keys, line-drawings and color photos of Taiwan sea snakes. The text is in English with a summary in Chinese at the end. From the research collection of David Kizirian with his small, printed name in the top outer corner of the front endpaper. Rare work. A few tiny bumps to outer the corners, a bright and clean copy in near fine condition.
