Hard to find but good read...
I found this book insightful and a good explanation of "systems thinking". Dr. Baker does a great job of uncovering "mental maps" and how we look at a system; all while working in concert with the teachings of Dr. W. Edwards Demming. Baker discusses the interaction within the system (sub-systems) and the examples found in sports and music are easily digested and can be applied to the business environment. I would recommend this book to anyone involved in continual improvement.
