This book is a personal and anecdotal history of the IB and the UWC, by Alec Peterson, who played a pioneering role in forming them. Under the inspiration of visionary educator Kurt Hahn, a dedicated group of individuals responded to the challenge of the interdependent international post-war world by laying the foundations for international education.
