Good and Bad

The 21 dimensions of leadership list was quite helpful. It offers a way to describe and define the qualities we see in different leaders. The 21 dimensions almost won out over the flawed research discussions.
I did not like this book very much. Had to read it for a class, and almost hated it. I am not a fan of meta-analysis, and wish the authors had done their own research. Otherwise, good ideas for future and current principals. Nice discussions of leadership in major and minor school change efforts as well.
Marzano is hot right now, so this one will sell.
