While the authors may have done even better by having a broader view of potential family situations which require different approaches, overall it is a terrific resource and I am glad that I purchased it.

Must read for those with a Family Cottage
It has not been easy for any family that I know to pass on the family vacation home to more than one child. This book absolutely we help you plan to do that. For me, it is not so much a step by step guide as much as it is a plot map, showing various high or low spots, places to avoid, and making it clear that you will have work to do with family members before you make a final plan.
