Example: the 'Think Different' ad campaign by Apple, who made clear that their values were believing that people with passion, can change the world for the better...And how Nike talks about the athletes, not the shoes in their advertisements. The high street needs to commit to being about values, and they need to advertise and stick to those values rather than the typical ads they do today. They need to create momentum and connect with people on an emotional level, in order to get people to leave their homes and to shop with them instead of online.
