Then a baby from the town is assumed drowned after a flood but she reappears, having been cared for by the wolves - all is resolved in this Romulus and Remus inspired story. Ann Jungman manages to blend traditional folklore with contemporary humour in the form of a talking wolf, in a very readable and believable way.
