This book only scratches the surface. Though complete in its presentation, it cannot begin to provide the spacial experience one receives from visiting the museum, but it tries. The photographic quality is excellent, as are the selection of photos. One could not have asked for a clearer sky on the day they were shot. The buildings scale requires a large format camera to capture all of its many curves and this the photographer has done. As Calatrava's first major work in the States, it is among his best, in this humble architect's opinion; to have designed any less for this site would have been a sin.
