Especially remarkable is the way the works communicate with each other. Dialogues, constellations, and elective affinities among paintings, sculptures, and drawings become visible, as do the central aspects of the collection: the painterly gesture, the dominance of pure line, as well as the processual character of material and the mythical, archaic side of nature.
