His mission will be to attempt the almost impossible task of locating the woman. Upon his return, secrecy considerations require that ship and men be sent to waters far from Britain. Should the press discover some of the details of the last mission, much damage would result. Therefore, he sails away on another mission to foreign parts to suppress attacks on shipping of the East India Company in the Indian Ocean. The young captain hopes his notoriety will have died down by the time he returns home.
