Rood resource, but does not discuss code
This is a very useful book on how to use SAS Enterprise - the graphical SAS programming front-end package that comes with SAS these days, and it teaches readers to do some elementary reports and statistical analyses. In this, it provides a great background on statistics from the reader's perspective (i.e., what your audience will want to see - something beginner statisticians will appreciate) and lots of information on making nice presentations and automated reports. If you've never worked with SAS before, this is really useful. A cheat sheet is also helpful.
The one drawback, as they discuss in the introduction, is that it does not contain anything on the SAS programming language. So, if you're using a version without Enterprise or if you need to do some complex analyses that Enterprise doesn't do (the book notes some of these), this book won't be a great deal of help.
This notwithstanding, this book is a great introduction to SAS and its audience focus makes it stand out from other manuals.
