Wonderful geology explained !
Dr. Meldahl is a great story teller. It's a very old story of the geology of the west. His prose is very understandable and at just the right times humorous, ie, crashing beer cans. His illustrations and maps are first rate. I now look at the west where I live with renewed wonder and understanding. I need to find another of his books.
