Out of this success, Marcinko was asked to create Red Cell, a "dirty dozen" team of the military's most accomplished counter-terrorists, whose brief was to become terrorists themselves and to test the Navy's security. I have always enjoyed this book. I originally read it while serving in the Marine Corps during the early 90's. More recently, I decided to thumb through it again, and it reads just as well as it did over 20 years ago. I enjoy the Author's straight forward, honest and candid approach to explaining leadership. It's very refreshing...

Marcinko ROX!!!!!
I must say that Marcinko's books are far better than made up stuff like Clancy and the like. If you want the real thing, this is where you will find it.
