Under the careful hand of composer Scott Glasgow, this finale to the original series proved both reverent and sophisticated. From the gorgeous reprise of the original Ulpio Minucci theme, to the "leitmotiv" style of the many individual themes, to the exotic textures of ethnic instruments, Glasgow did a bang-up job with this space opera, and did a great service to both the series and its millions of fans. ~ J.
