An aged copy, else clean and tight. Minimally edge and corner-worn, very clean, brown cloth binding, protected by a clear, five-mil mylar dust jacket and enclosed in a lightly worn, brown cloth slip case. 276p. On account of a lawsuit, this edition was recalled after release and pages 120 to 266 were suppressed. All references to the author's experiences with the Pinkerton Agency were cut out and material on bad men substituted.
