To differentiate between Retroperitoneal fibrosis and lymphoma CT guided biopsy carried out that confirmed our top impression on USG and CT of Retroperitoneal fibrosis. Histology examination showed infiltration of plasma cells, macrophages, lymphocytes and eosinophils accompanied by fibrosis.
