Eisler's John Rain series is one of the best serials I've ever read. If you like thrillers, you will like these stories about a Japanese American, a Vietnam vet and a trained assassin with all the skills (and weapons) of James Bond. I have read all of the preceding novels in the series and this one is as good as the first.
