Judgment of the High Court, inasmuch as it recited an order whereby it was ordered that the award be enforced, and that judgment be entered in accordance therewith, and adjudged that the creditor do recover against the debtor 281. 109. And costs. But, in my Opinion, that was a document which was bad on the face of it. It purported to be in the matter of the Arbitration Act, 1889, and in the matter of the arbitration.
