It all begins with getting to know yourself and who God created you to be, not someone else's version of you. It matters not whether the person be pastor or priest, father or mother, the only one who knows what you need for a life of joy and fulfillment is the Lord your God. This workbook offers a simple series of steps, which will help you to learn a new way of being, one in which Jesus used to teach his disciples the way to live His kind of life. After over thirty years in recovery from abuse and addictions, as a Christian biblical counselor, I've written this workbook based on several steps that worked for others seeking healing.
