Protein heavy vegetarian cooking
Ellen Buchman Ewald's book is great for those of us who are protein hungry but do not always want meat as the main protein. The recipes do have a good amount of eggs and cheese so they are not strictly vegetarian. However, they are very fulfilling and a great way to help keep healthy! And, once you have a few of the key ingredients, the recipes are quite economical.
