Sect. 33 (1) appoars to apply to the working classification in use for the timo being. (See p. 136, infra.) As to classification, see also notes to Schedule, sect. 20, p. 54, supra. Trader. In the Railway and Canal Traffic Act, 1888, s. 55, "the term 'trader' includes any person sending, receiving, or desiring to send merchandise by railway or canal." The word "trader" is used in this Schedule, sects. 3 to 7 inclusive. As to "trader's trucks," otherwise owner's waggons, see Schedule, sect. 23, p. 57, supra. Terminal station. The words terminal station are also used in this Schedule, sect. 5 (iv.), p. 35, supra. Siding. As to the meaning of the words ' not belonging to a railway company," see notes, p. 31, supra, and the cases there cited. 27. The foregoing provisions shall, so far as applicable, apply to merchandise when conveyed by passenger train under Part V.; but save as aforesaid and so...
