Ragnar Benson has written about many types of homemade explosives and fiery brews. But he has received hundreds of letters from frustrated readers who could not get their hands on the one key ingredient necessary for successful detonation -- commercial blasting caps. Now Ragnar "closes the circuit" with this complete primer on making improvised blasting caps in one's home workshop. Simple, seems workable, and the book is written in such as a way to as both be clear and engaging while also driving the point home that no sane person would want to try this. If you're really curious about the subject, it's a great book to have because it will both satisfy your curiosity while discouraging you from having to explain to the ATF how your fingers came to be forcibly removed from your hand and wedged into your face.
