The Editors have included innovative material by front-line practitioners working with black and multiracial groups as well as articles on the theoretical and philosophical principals raised. Several articles reflect on some of the inhibiting and oppressive organisational factors which can hamper this important work, and suggest approaches which might enable more facilitative policies.
