I've read many books about roses, and Carolyn's is the best ever. It is sumptuous and lush, with gorgeous photography and props, witty and informative text, and has a spiritual connection with nature. I was salivating for every rose in it. This books makes an excellent and enchanting gift for any rose lover you know. I just wish they grew as well here in the Pacific NW as they do in her part of the country.
