In order to bring out the factors of quality management practices, 47 measures in the form of statements were developed on a five-point Likert scale. The study found that not all the quality management practices were being practiced at the same level. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that quality management practices in textile manufacturing units of Punjab were positively and significantly related to the financial performance of the companies
