Excerpt: ...Professor Ludwig Sinzheimer, of the University of Munich, on "Der Kampf gegen den neuen Feudalis-mus" ("The Struggle against the New Feudalism") in Marz (Munich), Heft 40, October 3, 1911; also his " Wirtschaftliche Kampfe der Gegenwart" ("Present Day Industrial Struggles"), in Jahrbuch fur Gesetzgebung, Verwaltung und Volkswirtschaft im deutschen Reich, 32ter Jahrgang, Erstes Heft, 1908.
