Correct fluid properties are essential to accurate simulations of system performance. If these properties are not modeled and input correctly, you can work very hard to get the wrong answers, resulted in wasted time and money.
If you work around thermodynamics or fluid dynamics, you should have a copy of this book or access to one for your work.
Reid, et. al. 'wrote the book' on the properties of fluids. This is their latest update to the book. The primary focus is on thermodynamic properties.
I'm not aware of a book that is so comprehensive in its treatment of this subject in both theory and data for various substances.
