These 9 samples also gave distinct band pattern when they were digested with restriction enzyme EcoRI, HindIII, HinfI. Those isolated plasmids were transformed to E. coli DH5 strain, among the 8 samples 6 samples transformed quinolone resistance to sensitive cells.
