In this study we have collected 21 patient samples having pyogenic skin infection to assess their antibiotic susceptibility by disc diffusion method and to isolate quinolone-resistant strains.Among 21 patient samples only four samples were quinolone-susceptible. A few of the quinolone-resistant samples are also methicillin resistant.
