Very Good minus in Very Good minus jacket. Signed by the author on the title page BUT slightly damaged. Octavo, 8" tall, 232 pages, black cloth. A very good minus, generally clean hardcover first edition BUT with cover cloth worn through along two inches of back edge of the spine (possible gnawing), blush of foxing to the fore-edges, minor bumping to top two corners, hinges and binding tight, paper lightly yellowed. In a very good minus dust jacket with tiny chips at the folds, but two one-inch holes along the back edge of the spine that correspond to the damage to the cover cloth, and with original price present. A very nice reading copy.
