As a home-schooler I am always on the lookout for a good, easy to follow text book for my 14 year old grandson. He is brilliant in many areas, already doing college level work in reading, writing, and 12th grade work in grammar, but math and algebra are not his strong subject. This book is the best I have ever seen (I checked about 50 books) for helping someone who is just not gifted in math. It is easy to follow, the illustrations are very understandable and are easy for me to explain to him, and he is learning the subject. I can't speak more highly that this about this book I ordered a used one, I was shipped promptly and delivered within the time frame that I was told. steve
