Ausgehend von der Uberzeugung, dass die Vergangenheit keineswegs tot ist, konstruiert Kluges Konzept imaginare Kollektiva, in denen Ovid, Muller, Montaigne, Benjamin, Godard u.a. in wechselnden Konstellationen uber Epochengrenzen hinweg zusammenarbeiten. Es ist eine Tauschung, dass ich Literatur alleine schreibe, die schreibe ich auch in Gesellschaft, nur ist die meist tot. Der Titel dieser Ausgabe des Jahrbuches adressiert aber auch einen Zukunftshorizont, namlich die unabsehbar vielen kunftigen Aneignungen der Arbeiten Kluges, die nach dem Prinzip der Flaschenpost - to whom it may concern - auf ihre Geschichte warten und immer wieder anders zur Lesbarkeit gelangen.
