In this fifth volume of Philosophy in Process Paul Weiss presses further his search for "breakthroughs in insight," as his reflections take him deeper into a consideration of the full nature of actualities, the problem of death, an analysis of logic, and a consideration of a theory of the future. Like its predecessors in the series, the present volume consists of journal entries which, in this instance, cover the months from September 1965 through August 1968, a period which saw published Mr. Weiss's The Making of Men , as well as volumes 3 and 4 of Philosophy in Process , and the writing and preparation for publication of Sport: A Philosophic Inquiry.
