Very helpful book
This book is very helpful for anybody who wants to setup own company. It's written very simple yet goes to all details needed. There a lot of real life examples that makes even easier to understand the picture. I am incorporating this month and although this book was not only the source of information for me, it was definitely most complete and helpful. Thank you to the authors for great book.
