If you have read any other of Bugliosi's works, you will know that he is an author always worth pursuing. His intractable logic and forcefulness of presentation must reflect the effectivness he displays in the courtroom. This book lays out clearly and logically the principal reasons for the verdict in the Simpson case. Bugliosi guides the reader through every aspect of the event, from the earliest of legel planning, location of the trial, witness, evidence and anything that concerned the trial of any importance. His verdict is quite simple, the case was incompetently planned, tried and executed. At each point major errors and serious mistakes of judgement were made, resulting in a loss of faith with the jury and damaging presentaion of the case to the court. The reader will learn much about the legal system, and the people who run it. Highly recommended.
