First published in 1920, this revised and enlarged edition contains 25 more pages than the first edition. This title is among the earliest books about Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley, describing its Native American residents, fauna and flora, long before the town became a popular tourist destination. Includes a descriptive list of desert plants, etc. The appendix provides Hints to Desert Motorists.
