Cole's book is great! It challenges the way America "does" church and describes effective disciple-making. It was easy to read and very relative to Christians in general, not just pastors or those in church-based ministry. The only problem I have in Cole's work is that the Organic church ministry model as it is presented doesn't deal with the preservation of sound doctrine. The apostle Paul reminds Timothy several times in the books of I and II Timothy to protect the doctrine of God's word through church organization and other means. I'm not sure if Cole deals with this in other written material or not. Overall though, it is a must read.
