This book is simply written yet provokes great thought. It may have been written as a young readers book but each time I read it, my heart ponders the inconceivable love of God. The illustrations are brilliantly colorful and, combined with the simplistic poetry, they make the book alive to the eye and heart. I bought several copies of this book and gave it as gifts to adults during Passion Week. It is a beautiful coffee table read and is a conversation starter.
