Corners curved, rear board lightly soiled, spine darkened and ends lightly worn, ink names and address on front endpaper, faint damp stains in upper spine corners thru title page plus nine leaves and endpapers at rear, two leaves have ragged fore edges due to careless separation, otherwise contents very good and binding is tight.
